We also make the warranty process simple: we’ll fix the problem for you first, supply and install a new part at no cost to you, and have you up and running as quickly as possible. Then, we’ll handle all the behind-the-scenes dealings with the manufacturer at our expense. You won’t need to chase anyone or pay anything – we take it on our head so you’re not left dealing with frustrating red tape. Our priority is looking after you, first and foremost.

Tapware
- 7-Year Replacement Warranty on all supplied tapware (when water pressure is under 500kPa).
- Some premium tapware includes warranties of up to 25 years.
- Covers washers and internal components – not just the tap body.
Toilets
- 7-Year Warranty on all supplied and installed toilet replacements.
Hot Water Systems
- Replacement Warranty on all supplied and installed hot water systems – giving you peace of mind that if there’s an issue, we’ll take care of it.
Gas Works
- Extensive Warranties on all gas installation and repair works.
- Every gas job is completed to the highest safety standards and comes with a Gas Certificate of Compliance for your records.
Spare Part Fixes
- 12-Month Warranty on all spare parts supplied and fitted.
Excavation Works
- 7-Year Statutory Warranty on all excavation work carried out by Enjoy Plumbing.
Pipe Relining
- 25-Year Root-Free Warranty on all pipe relining.
- Includes annual inspections for the first 5 years, completely free of charge, to ensure ongoing performance and integrity.

- We recommend a special limiting valve – although it can be an extra cost, we highly recommend installing a pressure-limiting valve at the meter to maintain constant water pressure and prevent damaging overnight pressure surges. This small investment can protect your plumbing and extend the life of your fixtures.
